LTA is a team, which is rooted in the Pearl River Delta, devoted to creating valuable design in a critical way.


LTA comprised of two parts: LT Architecture(LTA) and LT Gallery(LTG). LTA provides service for architecture design. 

LTG is a platform or say a bridge that connects design and people, produces different activities about Architecture, Art and Life, to find out some valuable, interesting things and share to people. All the activities are around LTA idea and position.



Philosophy

Under the trend of globalization and Chinese urbanization, China’s economy develops quickly, the material wealth constantly accumulates and the spatial form of the city as well as the life and value concept of the people are also changing. 


LTA thinks that architecture is a reflection of the culture and life of the people, every site possesses its own historical, humanistic, climate and geographic features. Only by fully respecting these “local” factors can architecture with real vitality and real “nature” be generated.


LTA always tries to dig the “local” relationship between each project and the place where it belongs to and present this relation in a concise and clear way with appropriate design, thus the architecture will possess unique site relation and life experience. The presentation way must be real and sincere, never self-conscious and undisguised as well as modest and natural.

LTA RECRUIT:


Job Position:


1，Architecture Designer

Major in Architecture, bachelor's degree or above.

Strong ability on design and drawing expression.

Respect the job and has strong sense of responsibility. Good at team work and communication.

Has practised skill on AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, Adobe Suite and other similar design software.

Has Strong architecture basis and ability of appreciate of design. Know about the local buildings or those aboard,

tendency of design. Willing to learn and study during practising.

That if your English is as well as Chinese is better.


2，Apprentice

Major in Architecture, Grade Three student or above, bachelor degree.

Not less than 3 months practice.

Strong sense of learning, good design and  study ability.


Has Strong architecture basis and ability of appreciate of design. Know about the local buildings or those aboard,

tendency of design. Willing to learn and study during practising.

Has practised skill on AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, Adobe Suite and other similar design software. Good at model making.

LTA hopes to get involved in architectural design with a critical thinking on the land for own growth, establish self design concept, design position and design method again and dig the design value of “localism” again.
